Nestled in the charming village of Schruns, St Josefsheim serves as an ideal base for both adventurers and culinary connoisseurs alike. the cozy capsule-like beds offer unparalleled privacy, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes while the views of the majestic mountains further elevate the experience. the impeccable cleanliness of the bathrooms and the well-equipped kitchen-which boasts induction stovetops and ample storage-ensured that not only our gear was well looked after, but so was our comfort. Exploring Schruns-Tschagguns' nearby ski runs and tranquil cycling paths was easy, thanks to the convenient ski pass vendor located right at the hostel. Despite the reception not being 24/7, I appreciated the foresight of the staff in preparing a key card for my after-hours arrival-something you'd come to expect from true Austrian hospitality. After a delightful stay, I left with a yearning to return, both to the stunning alpine views and to the warm camaraderie felt in this inviting abode.
